Yes, as much as I'm sure you're all enjoying today's dada masterpiece of a comic, where a pair of clowns sit around juggling cucumbers whilst a haunted bicycle chases a giant lizard around Richmond Park, I happen to have news relating to the ongoing Cross-Continuity International Bridge Tournament.

So, the Bridge Tournament. Alas, Professor Wilmington & Geoff Braseby have been knocked out in the semi-finals. Still, they faired much better than the other Postcard standard bearers, Albert and his brother-in-law Steve, who were defeated by Colonel Potter & Major Winchester of the 4077 MASH, of all people! Potter & Winchester would themselves get knocked out in their second game by Ming the Merciless & Count Dracula, who are now the new favourites to win the tournament since the Prof & Geoff unexpectedly lost. Ming & Dracula will be facing the Loch Ness Monster* & Bigfoot in the final round. The Prof & Geoff will go into the playoffs against Sherlock Holmes & Hercule Poirot.

* Nessie here is sitting in for Godzilla, who couldn't make it as he was being chased around the middle of Greater London by a haunted bicycle.
