So far I've tried the chicken tikka masala, the biryani, the lamb rogan josh, the malai kofta, the chicken balti, the beef vindaloo, the palak paneer, the butter chicken, the dhal makhni, and the masala dosai.
I think I may have painted myself into a korma.
