Several times over the run of Get Fuzzy, Bucky mentions that he believes Garfield is an unauthorized biography of himself. Only now do we have undeniable proof!

  1. Bucky and Garfield both eat a lot.
  2. Satchel and Odie are quite dumb, yet are loved by all except Bucky and Garfield.
  3. When Jon and Rob go on dates with women, it turns out pathetically. (Barring the concept of Liz, created when Jim Davis realized Bucky might eventually catch on. Liz started dating Jon due to Bucky catching on to the truth.)
