Liz: Jon?
Jon: Yes?
Jules {holding a pistol}: Say radish one more goddamn time

Linguistics with Liz seems to be the new Pudding Pops gag, so I figure it should be mocked like the Pudding Pops gag was. Given how modern SRoMG is no stranger to minimal-effort submissions, I'm guessing LwL won't be quite dead by the time this is submitted.

These rectangles cover the bare minimum area that has to be changed for a Pudding Pops strip to be considered "original". (They are not very precise - I tried to use as few rectangles as I could.) Things get very finicky near Jon's hand and the table ledge. You'll need some editing skill (though not much) to make the table ledge look right, and you'll have to be even more precise if you want to insert something behind Jon. In addition, the name of the object replacing Garfield should rhyme vaguely with "minus", unless you're going for a subversion or meta gag. Low in humor value, yes, but the execution is not entirely without effort.

These rectangles cover the bare minimum area that has to be changed for a Linguistics with Liz strip to be considered "original". Virtually zero editing skills are required, all you need is the ability to white out certain areas and place text on an image. In addition, you'll need to translate the text "you are a radish" to another language, and add the name of the language to Jon's speech bubble, which takes about two minutes for a human to do with Google Translate or the like. (Ignoring how inaccurate online translators can be - but hey, who cares?)

Note how I said "two minutes for a human to do."

LwL is simple enough that any decently coded program with access to some online translators could generate enough LwL comics to keep the site afloat with no submissions for over a month - if the site admin (currently manyhills) chose to air them. Though I'm sure a "robot uprising" like this would never realistically happen - SRoMG would be cancelled if this ever started seeming necessary - it's a cool idea for a "SRoMG in 2053" strip:
