Basically, I replaced the old "technology-like" stock font from 1980 with the default system font for Windows 7.

I would've just changed nothing, and called it "Garfield Plus Technology", but I doubt that'd be a very good strip, especially since "Garfield Minus Humour" was already a similar strip with this concept.
