The author writes:

The original comic has a couple problems, in my opinion. The middle panel was framed a little strangely and, as Gary Larson said about his own comic once, had a fundamental error in showing the action. Here, I think it's showing the climax of the action that affects the humour.

Also, I took a leaf out of stupidlyclever's book, and changed the copyright texts. I didn't change the signature or date, though, as I have no idea when this comic will be posted (I created and submitted it on August 14, 2014, for reference).
