Gamzee is a questionable hero/anti-hero/villain from the web graphic novel "Homestuck". He's a horned alien who likes to prank or kill people and to squeeze bicycle horns. Basically, a Killer Klown from Outer Space, only even more spaced out. Appearing/disappearing faster than the eye can see is one of his favourites.
