The author writes:

So Mark Lynch has another strip in the same style as Clancy. This one pokes fun at those accursed youngsters of the day, the millennials. It doesn't quite veer into the "I cannot click the book" territory that you would expect (don't worry, he has plenty of outlet for that), but still manages to be unremarkable.

Original Gen Why? strip: strip 222, maybe? If it is a strip number, it's too low-res to be sure.
