T-Rex: {holding a frying pan} Welcome to T-Rex's Kitchen!
T-Rex: Today I'm making chicken Kiev!
T-Rex: Take chicken breasts and cut open, fill with garlic butter, then roll in eggs & breadcrumbs and pan fry.
Utahraptor: I have another former Soviet variant.
Utahraptor: Chicken Chernobyl. Take a whole chicken and microwave on high for an hour.
Utahraptor: Then claim that everything is fine.
T-Rex: Yum!

The author writes:

Optional second step: Encase the chicken in 400,000 cubic metres of concrete.

This comic arose from a discussion of various chicken dishes named after former Soviet cities, and what they would be like. Chicken St Petersburg sounded pretty good.
