T-Rex: DUTCH ANGLES!
T-Rex: A great example can be seen in "The Third Man," where the tilting represents a loss of control over a situation!
Utahraptor: They're also prominent in amateur photography!

Utahraptor: Amateurs think it looks cool, when really it's just annoying!
T-Rex: I guess I should've talked to him before setting this comic up this way...

Looking at Wikipedia, I see that in static photography, Dutch angles are called "jaunty angles." Upon reading that, I wondered why we use the term "Dutch angle" when the word "jaunty" is so much more fun to say.
