T-Rex: I'm going to make
T-Rex: MOZZARELLA!
T-Rex: I take fresh buffalo milk, add whey to introduce bacteria, then add rennet to produce curds. Which I then shape into cheese.[1]
T-Rex: The whole process takes 6 hours.
Utahraptor: I don't think you can make mozzarella in 6 hours.[2]
T-Rex: It usually takes only 2 hours.
T-Rex: But I stretch it out.

The author writes:

[1] Mozzarella, Wikipedia.

[2] To my embarrassment, this is actually incorrect!

If anyone tries making mozzarella now, prompted by this comic, please let me know. Just don't get curd a-whey.
