Jim Davis reuses themes and even punchlines on a fairly regular basis, but this is the only case I remember of him pretty much reusing an entire strip verbatim. It's an obvious idea, and I guess he forgot he already did it. I mirrored the 1995 comic images so that they would parallel better, but otherwise I didn't change anything.
