The Ship of Theseus is a paradox that deals with the sameness of things. Is the ship of Theseus still the same ship, after every part of it has been replaced?

Every element and pixel in this Garfield strip has been replaced piece by piece by equivalent pixels from other Garfield strips. Is it still the same image as it originally was? Is it still the same strip as it originally was?
