I thought it would be pretty funny to put a Garfield comic into Engrish. What is the ripest source of Engrish? Why, video games, of course. So I redid a recent comic using the sprites from #21, and dialogue generated by Google Translate-ing from English to Japanese to English to Japanese to English. I like how it turned out. Jon is now talking about a surprise party for Garfield, and Garfield gets a dramatic line worthy of Obi-Wan Kenobi.
