Strip by: Ian Boreham

{A battle scene on Endor. A group of Ewoks are battling Baba Yaga and her chicken-legged hut. Some of the Ewoks have wrapped a rope around one of the hut's legs and are trying to topple it (like an AT-ST). Baba Yaga herself is flying around at high speed on her oversized mortar, with pestle and broom in hand. The broom is held out forward, making the combined shape look like an imperial speeder.}

The author writes:

OK, so Baba Yaga wasn't the Witch of Endor. But I have long felt the need for the Ewoks to pull over her hut.

In the Return of the Jedi, the Ewoks come across as cute and silly. Apparently in some of the extended universe stories, they are portrayed as fierce, cunning guerrilla fighters. With this in mind, I watched some clips to plan this strip, and saw a bunch of clumsy little teddy bears, ineffectually bouncing rocks off an AT-ST, and occasionally braining themselves with their own weapons.

The Star Wars universe actually contains a character called "Ponda Baba", and a world called "Yaga Minor", so this strip is perfectly justified.
