Strip by: SonicLover

{Garfield smiles from atop a green piece of furniture as he sees Jon put a chicken on a table}
Garfield {now holding a vine}: Watch this. I'm going to swing down on this vine and swoop up Jon's chicken
{Garfield yanks the vine a few times, then jumps down and swings, snatching the chicken to Jon's surprise}
{The last panel is inexplicably rotated counterclockwise 90 degrees}
Jon {looking up… or left?}: Where did the vine come from?

The author writes:

In 20 Years and Still Kicking!, Jim Davis referred to the gag in this strip as "left-turn-in-the-last-frame". I'm still not sure what he meant, so I got literal.
